This page describes how we operate the service. It is not legal advice about the quotes you send your customers.
RenderQuote is a photo-to-quote tool for UK firms. Photo to quote for external rendering. Price the job and show the finish on the customer’s own wall. This page is how to use it, what it will and will not do, and how to reach us.

How to sign in
Open Sign in, enter the email for your firm, and type the 6-digit code we send. There is no password to remember, and we do not store one. The same code creates the account on first use. If the email only contains a link, tap it, or paste the whole link into the code box. Check junk if it is slow.
How quotes work
Set your rates (or start from the market estimates and change them). Add your company name, address, phone, email, logo and brand colour in Settings. A new render quote walks through the customer, the job, the look on their photo, then review. Prices come from the rates you entered — you remain responsible for checking every quote before it goes out. There are no payments in the app: the customer pays you.
The picture on the quote
The visualiser paints the chosen finish onto the customer's own photograph, keeping that photograph's light and shade. You draw the wall corners. The result is an illustration, not a survey — not a specification, not a guarantee of finished work, and not a photoreal reconstruction of the building. Show it as a look at the finish, not as a measured survey.
Customer links
You can send a customer a link to a frozen copy of a sent quote (the breakdown, the picture, your terms). There is one live link per quote. It stays open for at least 60 days, plus a short grace period after the quote's valid-until date, and never longer than 400 days. You can revoke it at any time. Moving a quote back to draft revokes live unaccepted links. Only a sent quote can be accepted. If they tap Accept, the name they type, the time and their connection's address are stored with the quote as evidence of that tap — not as a certified electronic identity check.
Download or delete your data
Signed in, open Settings. Your data downloads a JSON file of your profile, rate card, customers and quotes, or a CSV of the quotes alone. Delete account removes the account and the data we hold for it. Share links then stop working.
Questions
The code never arrives.
Wait a minute and check junk. Ask for a fresh code from the sign-in page — the newest email is the one that works. Codes are short-lived. If nothing comes after a second try, write to us from the same address you typed.
Can the customer pay in the app?
No. RenderQuote prepares and presents the quote. Payment is between you and your customer.
Is the wall picture a survey?
No. It is an illustration on the customer's photo. You draw the corners; the Service does not measure the building for you.
Someone forwarded a quote link.
Anyone with the address can open a live link. Revoke it from the quote if it should no longer be seen, and send a new one if you still want them to have it.
